be beat. Like all of the convenient banking options at West Bank,
it's offered absolutely FREE to all account holders and is available 24
hours a day.
In one call, you can:
- Check your account balances
- See if a check has cleared
- Verify deposits and withdrawals
- Transfer funds between accounts
- Make loan payments
This service is automatically available to all account holders.

Debit Cards
If you have a West Bank Checking or Health Savings Account,
you're eligible to apply for a free MasterMoney™ debit card at any time!
You'll have 24-hour, 7-day-a-week access at millions of locations
worldwide and the flexibility of using it at ATMs throughout the US and
abroad. You can link your West Bank Debit Card in Apple Pay, Samsung
Pay or Google Pay with convenience and security from your smartphone
wherever you see this symbol:
Fraud Protection Service
Your security is a top priority for us, and in our continuing efforts to keep your accounts secure, we’ve improved our alert system for potential fraud. Here’s how our Fraud Protection Service works:
- When potential fraud is detected, you will receive an automatic text message from short code 96923, with the option to reply “fraud” or “no fraud” if it is between the hours of 7:00 am and 9:00 pm EST. If you add the short code 96923 to your phone contacts and label it “Fraud Center,” it will display whenever you get a text from this number.
- After the text message you will receive an email which also has the “fraud” or “no fraud” option.
- If there is no response received from you within five minutes, you will receive automatic phone calls to confirm or deny fraud.
Remember – our messages will never ask for your PIN or account
number. If you have any questions about our Fraud Protection Service if
you suspect fraud on your account, .

A discretionary overdraft service requiring no action on your part,
Bounce Protection provides you with a safety net up to an automatically

Our online Checking Navigator
learning program offers information to help better understand how
checking accounts work, how to better manage a checking account, and how
to avoid overdraft fees.
Gift Cards
Purchasing a West Bank Mastercard Gift Card allows you to give
the gift of endless options to family and friends. These prepaid cards
can be used anywhere that Mastercard is accepted, from retail to

Notary Services
All West Bank customers are eligible for our FREE Notary Public
service. Our notaries are available by appointment. Please call your
local Financial Center for more information or to schedule an
appointment.
Safe Deposit Boxes
Safe deposit boxes in a range of sizes are available at most
West Bank locations. Rent is charged annually and automatic payments
plans are available from one of our Checking or Savings accounts.
